In order to adjust for the frequency difference two electronic parts need be installed. One metal empty reel is included. It is used with signs of usage abrasions on the dust cover. I don't know how to change the voltage and if it runs that way.

This listing is for a UHER SG561 Royal reel-to-reel from 1978. It was in storage for about 40 years a dry environment. I don't know anything about these machines, but from online info found that the voltage can be adjusted, not hertz frequency to make it run proper. I don't know it that has to do with the difference in hertz or if belts need replacing.

This reel-to-reel has a European plug and works on 220V/50 hertz . I saw one is a new capacitor, but don't know what the other part called. However, I noticed that the machine runs a little loud and tape speed is not constant.
