My dad last used it to transfer his reels cassette over 30 years ago. More photos and a video of the machine in operation available upon request. Please view photos carefully to see its condition. Photos are of actual items in offer.
I truly advise it needs cleaning, lubricating and belt replacement. This vintage reel to is a rare find, made in west germany.
Recently dug out of the closet, I took a chance, plugged it in and turned on. I was not able to find much info online about this tape machine. Original Uher 7 take-up spool has scratches and cracks. The capstan motor ran so I connected RCA's to an amp, spooled a tape and played it for several minutes.
It is sold as-is but working despite its age. Original printed in west germany operating manual no tears but has some staining. It was working fine before he packed away in a smoke-free home.
