Not sure if they are suppose to stay depressed since they return back to original position after letting go. Top 4 buttons are able to be depressed without issue. Please see pics.
Channel 2 is stiff to spin and does not rest at a stop or start point. If you feel price is too high, make an offer. Very clean appearance for something of this age.
I can not comment on functionality as I have no way to test but knobs for channels 1, 3 and 4 move smoothly from low to high.
