The speaker is in working condition. Unit needs work.

The mic and speaker were 10' apart, but not far enough I gather. Vintage chrome Rheem caliphone reel public address unit as shown. I'm not sure if the meter is working properly.

As is, as found. Be e to get a feel for what's working and what needs work.

The reel operation basically isn't and needs a belt on 1 side and some work to the drive on the other side.
