Old electronics are scratched, chipped, cracked, dirty, dusty, stained, ugly, tinkered with, have missing parts, etc. You should plan on servicing the item even if I say it works. After the experience I had with a wire recorder the same evening see my other listings, I decided to call that good and turn it off.

What you see in the pictures is what you get. So I know it works as a playback machine.

The fed ex truck leaves my area at 6 pm.

I have been selling on for 15 years and am one of the best on, user id captive. The green light glowing in the 5th picture is the 'magic eye' record level indicator lamp tube, too cool. Often that leaves a 1 hour window to pack and drive to fed ex. I plugged this in and threaded up a reel.

I can't afford to loose my 20 selling discount over a few listings that do not meet stringent rules. Occasionally, I offer large, multiple similar or delicate items I cannot possibly pack properly and ship in a day. I was able to listen to a recording of a polka band.

Old electronics typically hum and have scratchy controls. I can ship almost anywhere, but free shipping or a fixed shipping price is for the continuous 48 states only.
