Everything seems to work fine but the roller is unable hold tape on sound head. I'm happy to work with you. It is a Hitachi model # TRQ-727.

The outer case does have some blemishes and sticker residue, the front cover is missing. It should work fine with a new roller, but I can't guarantee that because couldn't test further.
