This unit has been made for Akai GX-77 reel to or any similar recorder without mic inputs. The cabinet looks average and has some minor nicks, scratches includes one on ch-2 pan pot knob, few rusty spots covered by stickers.

It works from both 110 120vac or 220 240vac 50 60hz power lines, but comes with only cord for us line. All works as it should includes echo effect. Looks like it is based on 2 oem Akai micro-springs reverberation units you can see last two pictures.
