Since a separate head performs recording and a play, the play sound can be monitored recording. The knobs turn except for the forward reverse function. In order to reduce hysteresis noise, the silicon transistor pre amplifier by which the computer was card IED is carried. There is no way for me to test the actual function of the unit.
