It is usually on the door where power cord tucks in, buts missing off this one. It does hum, so I knows getting power.

I do not have the tape reels. I m pretty sure its a model M-690A, although the label with number in missing.

I plugged this in, and the light comes on, but drive poles. Don't turn when move from forward to reverse.
