The recorder has a few scratches and scuffs and smudges from previous use and handling.

There were two cork rings on the inside of the cover that held the reels in place that are now mostly missing as well.

There is an empty screw hole in the head cover as shown. This recorder moved only slightly when I switched it to play mode, so it needs restoration, or it can be used for parts.
