Rare collector's item in excellent cosmetic and working condition vintage Cipher Vii tube stereo reel to reel player recorder by Nippon electric company ltd 117 v ac 60 Hz 125w 3 speeds , UPS made in japan 60's cosmetically it is in awesome shape for its age. All my reel to reel units are in much better than average expected condition unless specified otherwise. Both speakers are working very well, so is the counter. Here is your chance to own it in far greater shape than your average everyday find.
Up to 7 reel capacity detachable speakers. This one is no exception. This good looking collector's piece of equipment, although not mega rare, yet it is extremely rare to in very good working condition.
This is a fully working vintage piece of equipment including playback, fast forward and rewind functions. It is fairly large and very heavy.
It looks excellent on the inside and the outside with practically no blemishes. Speakers can be positioned at desired distance of your choosing for enhanced stereo effect. You can hear moderate hum when recorder is working with volume in off position, but it does not overpower the sound overall when it is on. Comes as you see it, but without reels.
Guaranteed not to be DOA. Great piece of reel to reel history.
