It is a reel motor, for reel-to-reel tape machine I used two in modified apex owned years. From an educated er who was kind enough to educate me on this: just want let you know that A70KKP-1A is not a capstan motor. It is correctly termed an ac torque motor. If it was a capstan motor, almost certainly would not have flatted drive shaft.

Flatted drive shaft. 2 amps, just has PPS and neg wire in. It would normally be mounted under one of the two tape reels, and supply torque to turn reel make fast forward rewind.
