Teac a4300 sx reel to reel with auto reverse. Playback sounds great, and is smooth and consistent. Also includes the original owners manual, original Teac information supplement, and a printed copy of the service manual.
Specifications track system auto reverse, 4 track, 2 channel, stereo monaural system heads 2 x playback, 1 x erase, 1 x record motor 2 x reel, 1 x capstan reel size 5 or 7 inch reel tape speeds UPS wow and flutter. Small scuffed spots on the left and right wood panels where the plastic dust shield touches. Minor scratches on the back sides of the left and right wood end panels. Freshly serviced gently cleaned inside and out, pinch roller cleaned, oiled pinch roller shaft, oiled capstan bearing, cleaned tape lifter and pinch shaft mechanism of old dried grease, new modern grease applied to lube points.
3v line dimensions 440 x 488 x 216mm weight 23kg. Overall great condition, has one scratch 2 long on the left wood end panel. Belts inspected and are in great shape. All switches and knobs work excellently.
Includes the pictured scotch 3m tape and take up reel, tape is a recording of some older vinyl records I tested the record function on the b side end. Works flawlessly, all functions tested play, reverse play, fast forward, rewind, pause, record, stop. 25mv mic output. Includes the rare dust cover, cover is in excellent condition no cracks etc.
UPS frequency response 30hz to 28khz UPS signal to noise ratio 58db total harmonic distortion 1 input 100mv line.
