Up for sale is one good working condition teac a 4300 sx reel to reel tape deck with auto reverse function. The frequency response is flat to 18khz at 7/1 2, and it plays and records well.
The deck has been fully biased and calibrated to apex 456 tape, and looks and sounds great.
Has and UPS, the two most common speeds, and the 3 motor mechanism simplifies operation greatly and improves reliability over the older single motor reel to reels. Why risk buying a cheap as is deck here that's 40 years old and will most likely have issues, when you can buy one from a reel to reel tech that's been fully gone through great for duplicating tapes onto CD or mp3, or as an inexpensive way to find out all about the warm sound of reel to reel.
