The 8-track is working except note: when selected to track one, it slows and stops. Missing bottom feet. Though the signal does go thru recorder mic inputs work speakers.
Capstan sleeve included. Double boxed, insured. Sold per this and photos as is for repair. This x-1800sd in good cosmetic condition no major dings or dents, cab VG.
I could not get either reel or 8-track to record. The recorder powers and transport works ff Re are sluggish. It plays nicely but note: the left channel sometimes gets loud and distorts. Thanks and good luck.
