Bought as a lot from musicians estate. Sony TC-6660 tapecorder reel to sold as is for repair or parts. He had it in a grinder slant rack mixer box.
The wood piece included wraps around it and allows you to mount a rack. Wan't worth my time to figure it out. Somewhat heavy so most of price is shipping.
Could be as simple drive belts, I don't know.
