I 'm not sure that the fast forward is working properly, both reel holder have a pair of crackle but this does no affect operation at all ,the four feet will to be replace see last pic. No other test were done. Excellent unit to be restore ,reels and tape are not included. Vintage Sony tapecorder TC-464 Sl portable reel to in very nice cosmetic condition considering age,this comes with the original owners instruction manual and microphone, unit power on ,and play rewind functions is OK both speed too.
