Review REVERE Recorder Tape Works Reel Vintage
When I turn to play one of the reels starts to turn but then stops I figure that it is stopping because there is no pull from a tape. This is a nice vintage Revere 3000 reel to reel tape recorder. It comes with its cover and is a little dusty and will need a little surface cleaning. When I move the selector over to fast reverse both reels turn fast in the Reveres direction.
When I move the selector over to fast forward both reels turn fast in the forward direction. I have done no further testing. I got this reel to reel from a storage unit.
When I plugged it in a fan immediately came on. This tells me that this reel to reel works.
