Condition is used. I wan sure if there was a plastic window on the top originally. Its missing supposed to be one. Play and rewind tested working. Recording I was unable to test because don't have the proper tape.

Unit will come with 4 c batteries. Battery and electronics compartment looks new, no corrosion. Really clean unit. Free shipping.
