The Sony cv series were manufactured for home use the cv stands for consumer video. It has some writing on it in a couple of places saved. It is about 50 years old. You are buying it as is.
It still stands fine. These were manufactured in the 1960s. The two foam pieces on the inside of the lid have worn off, you can see the remnants of it left. This piece measures approximately 16 by 13 by 9 and it weighs approximately 31 pounds.
It did not come with the power cord so I have no way to power it up to test it out. One of the rubber feet is missing on the bottom, which it stands on, and also one of the plastic feet is cracked. Up for offer is this awesome vintage rare Sony cv 2600 videocorder.
I got this item at a recent estate sale. It has some cosmetic wear and a little rust on the outside closing clasps. I do not know for sure that is works.
