The 4 caster wheels roll freely as shown in video. Pictures viewable at the Dropbox link below also show it as is now in a partially disassembled state. I do not know the history of these items other than time have owned them.

Note: this stand was designed for use to rack mount recorders such as a Tascam Mrs-16 not included or trs-8. The 2 casters that have brakes work although they are only plastic and not very robust.

I only have and will include the 4 Phillips screws that used previously to mount an Mrs-16 own already sold.

Winning bidder will only be charged actual shipping costs. This is normal and as designed does not cause any problems when a recorder rack mounted to it.

Notice in the video, after a position has been chosen for top part by releasing and re-engaging locking pin, wing nuts are utilized to further tighten it into place stabilize. There is also one broken off screw stuck in the top of rack rail.

Quantity 4 used Philips screws with washers that were utilized previously to mount a Tascam Mrs-16 not included. The used photocopy of a Tascam RTS-15 introduction and assembly instructions-the instructions is simply sheets document I had faxed to me back in DEC 2005 utilized when assembled rack bought it originally.

However, once tightened it is not 100 rock solid in place, there still a little bit of movement.
