Details:
The head stack looks very, very good with minimal wear. The channel 2 source select switch seems dirty: it physically flips into all three positions but appears to need be massaged activating input position. The tape flanges are not included two pictured kWh lock down hub adapters with sale.s n 190x model version MTR-12-II-I.
Modifications have been made to the capstan control card and possibly other cards in cage, but I do not know extent or details of these. Known issues: I think all VI meter lamps are dead.
No other accessories, power cord, or manual included. Note the head cover is also missing. Wiggling the switch has worked last three times we experimented with it.
I have described this item to the best of my ability and do not intend misrepresent.
Happens to every Otari out there from this time period. Being a complex piece of machinery there may be quirks, conditions, or developments we were not aware during ownership testing. The deck plays and records normally as one would expect ff RWD is good on transport, cue crisped other transport controls also work them.

The indicator lamp reflects this. This item has been serviced in the past by everything audio Burbank, ca. Cosmetically the unit is in very good condition overall.
