When I tested the unit the reels turned properly on every setting. Measures 8 inches by inches by inches and is made in japan. Please refer to the photos for a more detailed.
In very good condition for its age with a couple scuffs and scratches. Runs on 2 battery's and seems to work like it should.
No cracks or breaks in the plastic anywhere and the battery case is not corroded.
