This is a used item it has been tested and all works. Was not able to record on it as Otis missing the mic. Look at all te pictures to see the item. It comes with the original 200 ft tape and take up reel.
One of the metal clips that holds handle on is missing.
It also has the operating instructions. It operates on 2 c batteries and 1 9 volt battery not included.
