This is a one man operation, here and I do all the packing and shipping by myself. The buttons controls seem to work and the machine responds to them, however, I am not technically qualified to know what any of this means or how to fix or refurbish. Made rustling noise through the speaker, but the reels didn't actually spin.
Turnaround time depends on availability of cartons and packing materials in order to properly pack the item to avoid damage. Cosmetically, it looks great.
One end of the Bakelite handle was cracked so I used some black gorilla duct tape to secure it.
