Plays and records wonderful. Nothing for you to do except enjoy the music. Recently serviced. This is a wonderful Akai tape player recorder that was popular in the late 1970's.

Akai-4000ds-Mk-ii-reel to reel only plays and records on 7 inch reels. I am downsizing so you win.
