Unfortunately I could not test the reel to reel functions as I did not have any reels.
Overall condition is very this is a great looking recorder. The 8 track player did work when tested.
I do not know much about his unit but plug on it looks very old. The only flaw I have found is some light scratches and one of the rubber feet on the back is missing.
It does power on and the mechanism spins when play, ff or Re is engaged. For shipping outside of the us.
