They date from the early 70's. At the time Akai was one of major manufacturers reel to recorders. They came with a reel to I recently bought from the original owner. Checked them out they work.
They have the common 1/4 plug and will work with all brands of equipment. A pair of Akai ADM-14 low impedance microphones. The cords are six and a half foot long.
