The other features are untested but the buttons switches seem OK except the drive speed.

Wood is nice I put a tape in it and turned the take up reel by hand to test it and it does play on both channels with both VI meters lighting up and working minutes off of exit 4 of interstate 83 in pa. You might find the 2nd method of shipping is much cheaper.

Cosmetically some spotting to the face.

The capstan drive does work in both forward and reverse.

If that means the item costs more to ship due to dimensional weight then that is the way it is.
