This is extremely important on the dual capstan model's where stabilising tape path can be a challenge as there are so many variables that have to right maintain good tape-head contact. This is a brand new oem capstan belt, the correct length , thickness and width for your deck.

Teac no longer stock this and I find these decks perform within spec without that belt if the capstan is correct quality. This is guaranteed fit for the following decks: Teac x 2000 m tascam 3030, 32-2, 32-2B note that all three of these decks originally came equipped with a second belt around outer circumference flywheels.

I stock these for my own servicing business and find that they save time money by providing confidence any issues are not due to a belt perhaps isn't the right thickness stiffness. This is part number.
