Details:

The issues with machine are that it slowly down after playing for awhile. The heads have been cleaned and demagnetized. Very nice was analog tube sound. Could just be a bad idler or possibly the motor start capacitor-no sure-possibly and easy fix.

It must be connected to an amplifier or receiver. I have packed quite a few reel to reels in the past. Rewind is functional. I tested recording with both the microphone input and also line inputs.

Will include a nice take 7 in tape up reel shown.

The pots could use some cleaning but not bad way are. 75 UPS quarter track stereo or mono. Pause and tape counter are working.

I think a cord that would actually fit the input is available but not sure. Line inputs and out in. Being the this machine is 50 plus years old it offered as for repair. Has the really neat magic green eye level indicators when recording.

2 speed track stereo purchased some used tape locally and was able to test both the record playback function. 5 UPS and This is a deck which means there are no internal speakers.

It also has a din jack for connecting both record and playback in one cord. Playback and record was functional for both channels, albeit there wow flutter due to the machine slowing down after about 30 seconds.

I hate to mention this, but have taken precautions against the very few buyers out there who may want switch parts. The ac cord is soldered into prongs. This deck could be an inexpensive way to set up a tube guitar amp.

I have some homemade patch cords 2 single that are 1/8 on one side and rca the other. This might possibly make a great guitar as there are 1/4 inch jacks for microphone inputs. Fast forward is not operational. Pre-recorded tape is for display and test purposes only-take up reel shown included.

This does have output control and also a tone that is kinda cool way to equalize. Very warm analog sound.
