Instructions and warranty card are included. Case is in very good condition and the key present. The tape on machine has a homemade country western band practicing.

This is a very clean example of the rare quality built recorder. I have tested it and work but the right side drive wheel does not run smooth will need some adjustment. Foot pedal and accessories shown in pictures are of course included. If I use a finger to assist turning the tape, it plays fine.
