It looks like all tubes are there. Sold as is due to its age. There's an Ampex input transformer and the record play eq plug ins are intact beneath shields along with a dummy plug and other plug ins. The connectors are quite dirty and the XLR jacks appear corroded and cracked.

The capacitors are old, and some components and wiring are covered with grime or that fine powder that is commonly seen on old '60s electronics.

Many components in particular, capacitors tubes are going to need to be replaced. This is an older preamp lifer.
