Lettering on front panel shows no wear. Vintage 1970 era.

Will accept up to 7 reels with cover open. All operational facilities were positioned conveniently on the front panel. Separate volume controls for microphone and line inputs allowed mixing outputs were provided monitor. Handle folds under to prop up.

Good overall condition. Application: Consumer. Tandberg model 11 Portable Reel to Tape Recorder model 11-1-C31P Made in Norway. Record level is low, but a pre-recorded tape playback seems strong see video.

Very clean battery compartment. Not all functions have been tested. The edge-type VU meter was peak reading and could be used to check battery voltage . Plastic cover has slight minor scratches.
