This recorder is beautifully crafted, both inside and out.The electronics transport are two separate units each comes in its own shipping case. I am including a copy of the operation/service manual, on DVD, also the rubber reel hold downs. This tape deck is in excellent operating condition. I tried to give you a little demo.
This is classic deck in really nice condition. This is a Vintage; I guess at 62 years old can call recorder made in 1963 this Magnecord model 1024HF 2-track recorder with quarter track stereo heads. It takes up to 7 reels and operate sat 3.75 7.5 ips. I played music back from YouTube; we hear the source in, then playback during record, rewind it and play recording.
Other than that, what you see is get and that does not count the reels or the tape. I have found two issues with it. It sounded much better through headphones. The transport weighs 33lbs and the electronics weigh 14lbs that snot counting cases, so is why shipping high.
